FLKD aims to ship out your order as quickly as possible and orders, with the exception of preorders, ship within 1-3 days of order placement, with the exception of pre-orders which have their own designated ship date.

Orders on or before 12pm EST Sunday to Thursday will be packed and shipped the same day.

Orders after 5pm EST Thursday to Saturday will be packed and shipped on Sunday.

Pre-orders take around 6 weeks to ship or as indicated during your purchase.

Your order may be split into more than one shipment to get it to you as fast as possible.

Shipping notifications are automatically generated once the label has been created. Please allow 1-2 days for the tracking to reflect the pick up and show updates on the carrier’s end.


Transit times apply after your item has been picked and packed in our facilities and picked up by the carrier.

The average transit timelines in the US are below:

  • Free: All orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping
  • Standard: 4-7 business days shipping
  • Express: 1-3 business days shipping (does not ship to PO Boxes)

The average international transit timelines are below:

  • Standard: 8-20 business days shipping
  • Express: 3-7 business days shipping (does not ship to PO Boxes)

Timelines can be impacted by holidays, or other high-volume sales periods.

Our products are shipped directly from our Florida warehouse. For shipments traveling internationally, transit times may be impacted by customs clearance, which has been impacted by the pandemic. Customs delays are out of our hands and entirely driven by the carriers - please allow a few days for your package to clear customs if necessary.

Please note that countries outside of the US may charge customs and duty taxes on your products - this varies by your country’s import and export regulations.

Please return all items in original packaging and in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, including being free of smells, stains, makeup, deodorant, and/or bodily fluids. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Returns are completed with either a refund back to the original form of payment, an exchange for an alternate product, or store credit.

Postage expenses for returns are to be paid by the buyer unless the item is deemed defective or received incorrect items.
